Eco Rangers NI meet elected representatives to discuss our work
Today our Chairperson Stephen Marshall and Honorary President Abe Agnew met local councillors and MLAs from the Alliance party at Parliament Buildings, Stormont. During the meeting we discussed the impact of litter on local communities, the environment and the economy; what Eco Rangers NI volunteers are doing to reduce this, and how elected representatives can help. We were delighted that all the representatives were fully in support of our work and eager to get involved with our plans to effect real change to reduce road litter across Northern Ireland.
This is the beginning of a larger campaign to engage with elected representatives across all parties on these issues, so watch this space!
