Ulster in Bloom

Our Ballynure Hub were delighted to hear today that the village has won the prestigious "Best small village" award in the Translink NI Ulster in Bloom competition for the fourth year in a row!

The village as a whole work together alongside supporters in surrounding areas to make the place a floral masterpiece, and Eco Rangers NI volunteers have been proud to support their efforts every year. A huge congratulations to everyone involved, and a special mention to Richard Wallace who led the village's bid this year and who was awarded the Ken Powles Memorial Community Champion Award this year too.
